How to make Low carb tarte flambée?

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g of grated cheese
  • 240 g quark (low-fat level)
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder sweet
  • 1 leek (s)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 120 g crème fraîche with herbs


Preparation

Step 1

Ingredients:

4 eggs - 150 g grated cheese - 240 g quark (low-fat level) - 1 tbsp wholemeal flour - 1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet

Mix the eggs, half of the cheese and the quark together. Add the flour and paprika powder and stir in well. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 stick (s) leek - 1 red pepper - 1 yellow pepper

Clean the leek, cut into rings, wash and pat dry. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.
